Session Formats:

Fireside Chat: Fireside chats are an engaging and interactive conference session format that allows attendees to gain insights from experts in a relaxed and casual setting. The session is led by two to three speakers, who engage in a conversation about a specific topic or theme. The speakers will share their thoughts, experiences, and insights, and the audience is encouraged to ask questions, participate in the discussion and share their own perspectives.

The relaxed and conversational atmosphere of a fireside chat provides an ideal platform for speakers to delve into sensitive or controversial topics, as well as to share inspiring stories and personal anecdotes. The format also encourages speakers to be more approachable and open to audience engagement.

Fireside chats may be a plenary session or run concurrently with other sessions on the conference agenda.

Workshops: Workshops are interactive and practical conference sessions designed to provide attendees with hands-on training and experience in a specific skill or subject. These sessions are led by experienced instructors or experts in the field, who guide attendees through lectures, demonstrations, exercises, and discussions to help them gain in-depth knowledge and skills.

The goal of a workshop session is to empower attendees to walk away with practical and actionable knowledge that they can apply in their business or professional life. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn new skills, ask questions, and receive feedback from the instructors in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Breakout Session: Breakout sessions will be focused and interactive conference sessions that provide attendees with the opportunity to explore specific topics or themes in greater depth. These sessions are led by one or two speakers who are experts in the field, and are designed to encourage participation, discussion, and engagement. Breakout sessions will run concurrently with other sessions on the conference agenda.

Panel Discussion: Panel discussions will feature a group of experts discussing a specific topic or theme. The panel typically includes four speakers and a moderator, who together provide a range of perspectives and insights on the subject at hand. The panel discussion will be led by a moderator who will guide the conversation, ask questions and encourage audience participation.

The panelists will share their insights, experiences and knowledge on the topic of discussion. They may also provide different perspectives on the topic, and the audience can ask questions and participate in the discussion.

All panel discussions will be plenary sessions, and will take place during the main conference schedule.
